Radius Booking integrates with Zoom to enable virtual appointments. When enabled, a Zoom meeting is automatically created for each booking. Both the staff member and the customer receive the meeting link — no manual setup required.
This integration is ideal for businesses that offer online consultations, remote coaching, virtual classes, or telehealth appointments. Customers book a time slot, and Zoom handles the rest. The meeting link is generated instantly and included in the booking confirmation.
Connect your Zoom account once. Every new appointment gets its own unique Zoom meeting. Staff and customers join with a single click at the scheduled time.
How do I enable Zoom integration in Radius Booking? #
Navigate to Radius Booking > Settings > Integration.
Scroll down to find the zoom integration set up. You’ll find all the zoom-related configurations here.
Step 1: Create a Zoom App #
To connect Radius Booking with Zoom, you need to create a Server-to-Server OAuth application in the Zoom App Marketplace.
Sign in to your Zoom account. Open the Zoom App Marketplace.
- From the top-right menu, click Develop.
- Select Build App from the dropdown.

Step 2: Select App Type #

A popup will appear asking “What kind of app are you creating?” You will see three options.
Select Server to Server OAuth App. This option allows server-to-server interaction with Zoom APIs, which is what Radius Booking needs to create meetings automatically.
After selecting it, click Create to proceed.
Step 3: Name Your App #

Enter a name for your app in the App Name field. You can use any name you prefer (e.g., “Booking”). This name is for your reference only.
Click Create to continue.
Step 4: Copy App Credentials #

After creating the app, you will land on the App Credentials page. This page contains three important credentials you will need later in Radius Booking settings.
- Account ID — Your Zoom account identifier.
- Client ID — The unique ID for your app.
- Client Secret — The secret key for authentication.
Click Copy next to each credential and save them in a safe place. You will paste these into Radius Booking’s Zoom integration settings. Do not share these credentials publicly.
Step 5: Paste the Credentials on Radius Booking #

Now go to your WordPress dashboard. Navigate to Radius Booking → Settings → Integrations. Toggle on Zoom to enable the integration.
Paste the three credentials you copied from the Zoom App into the API Credentials fields:
- Account ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
Zoom Meeting Settings
Below the credentials, you will find additional options to configure your Zoom meetings:
- Require password for Zoom meetings — Adds a password to every meeting for extra security.
- Enable waiting room for meetings — Participants wait in a virtual lobby until the host admits them.
- Send Zoom meeting invites to customers — Automatically sends the Zoom meeting link to customers upon booking confirmation.
- Default meeting duration (minutes) — Sets the default length of each Zoom meeting (e.g., 60 minutes).
Step 6: Fill in Basic Information #

Back in the Zoom App Marketplace, click on the Information tab from the left sidebar. This is the second step of the app setup.
Fill in the following fields:
Basic Information
- App Name — Enter your app name (e.g., “Radius Booking”).
- Short Description — Briefly describe your app’s purpose. This is optional.
- Company Name — Enter your company or business name (e.g., “RadiusTheme Booking”).
Developer Contact Information
- Name — Enter the developer’s or admin’s full name.
- Email — Enter your corporate email address. Zoom will use this for API updates and important announcements about your app.
Click Continue to proceed to the next step.
Step 7: Add Required Scopes #
Click on the Scopes tab from the left sidebar. Then click + Add Scopes. A popup will appear where you can search and select scopes.
Search for the following scopes one by one and add them. These permissions allow Radius Booking to create, read, update, and delete Zoom meetings on your behalf.

meeting:read:list_meetings:admin — View a user’s meetings.
meeting:write:meeting:admin — Create a meeting for a user.
meeting:update:meeting:admin — Update a meeting.
meeting:delete:meeting:admin — Delete a meeting.
user:read:list_users:admin — View users in your account.

After selecting each scope, click Done to confirm. Once all five scopes are added, you will see them listed on the Scopes page under the Meetings section.
Click Continue to proceed to the final step.
Step 8: Activate Your App #

The final step is activation. Click on the Activation tab from the left sidebar. You will see the message “Your app is ready for activation.”
Click the Activate your app button. Once activated, your app can access the Zoom APIs using the credentials you copied earlier.
That’s it. Your Zoom integration with Radius Booking is now complete. Every new booking will automatically generate a unique Zoom meeting link and send it to both the staff member and the customer.
