The Schedule Settings page lets you define your global working hours, date/time formats, and booking restrictions.
Navigate to Radius Booking → Settings → Schedule. These settings apply across all services and staff unless overridden individually.

1. Date & Time #
Set the formats and time intervals used throughout the booking system.
- Time System: Choose between a 12-hour clock (e.g., 2:00 PM) or a 24-hour clock (e.g., 14:00).
- Date Format: Select how dates are displayed (e.g., mm/dd/yyyy → 03/11/2026).
- Default Time Duration Step (minutes): Set the interval used when selecting appointment times (e.g., 30 means slots appear every 30 minutes).
2. Booking Restrictions #
Control how far in advance customers can book and how much notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Minimum Time Before Booking: The earliest a customer can book from now (e.g., +1 hour). Accepts values like +1 month, +2 weeks, +3 hours, or a fixed date YYYY-MM-DD.
- Period Available for Booking in Advance: How far ahead customers can schedule (e.g., +6 months).
- Minimum Time Required Before Canceling: How much notice a customer must give to cancel (e.g., +24 hours). Accepts values like +24 hours, +2 days.
- Minimum Time Required Before Rescheduling: How much notice is required to reschedule (e.g., +12 hours). Accepts values like +12 hours, +1 day.

3. General Weekly Schedule #
Set your default working hours for each day of the week. These hours apply globally to all staff unless a custom schedule is set on an individual staff member.
- Enable/Disable a Day: Toggle the switch next to each day to mark it as a working day (on) or a day off (off). Days toggled off display as ‘Day off’ with no time options.
- Start Time: Set the opening time for that day (e.g., 09:00 AM).
- End Time: Set the closing time for that day (e.g., 05:00 PM).
In the example above, Monday through Friday are enabled with hours set to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, while Saturday and Sunday are toggled off as days off.

4. Days With Custom Schedules #
Override your regular weekly schedule for specific dates — useful for extended hours, special events, or one-off working days.
- Date: Pick the specific date to apply a custom schedule (dd/mm/yyyy).
- Label: Add an optional label to identify the custom day (e.g., Holiday hours, Overtime).
- Start Time: Set the custom opening time for that date (e.g., 08:00 AM).

- Add Schedule: Click to save the custom day. It will appear above the form showing the date, hours, and label.
- Remove: Click the ✕ icon on any saved entry to delete it.
5. Holidays & Days Off #
