Create Appointment Form Page #

The Radius Booking appointment form can be embedded on any WordPress page using the built-in Gutenberg block editor. Follow the steps below to add the booking form to a new or existing page

  • Go to Pages: In the WordPress admin sidebar, click Pages → Add Page to create a new page.
  • Set the Page Title: Enter a title for your booking page (e.g., ‘Booking Form’) in the title field at the top of the editor.
  • Add a Block: Click the + icon inside the editor to open the block inserter panel.
  • Search for the Block: Type ‘Appointment‘ in the search bar. The Appointment Form block from Radius Booking will appear in the results.
  • Insert the Block: Click the Appointment Form block to insert it onto the page. The full booking form will instantly appear as a live preview in the editor.
  • Publish the Page: Click the Publish button in the top right corner to make the booking form live on your site.

Tip: Once published, share the page URL with your customers so they can start booking appointments directly from your website.

Create Service Page #

  • Go to Pages: In the WordPress admin sidebar, click Pages → Add Page.
  • Set the Page Title: Enter a title (e.g., ‘Services’) in the title field at the top of the editor.

  • Search for the Block: Type ‘Service List‘ in the search bar and click the Service List block to insert it.
  • Publish: Click Publish to make the service list live on your site.

Once the Service List block is inserted, a configuration panel appears on the right side of the editor with the following options:

  • Layout: Choose between Grid or List display layout.
  • Columns: Set the number of columns in the grid view (e.g., 3).
  • Services Per Page: Control how many services are shown per page (e.g., 9).
