Dashboard

2 min read

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging into Radius Booking. It gives you a complete at-a-glance overview of your booking business performance.

Navigate to Radius Booking → Dashboard.

Summary Stats

Four highlight cards at the top display your most important business metrics:

  • Total Appointments: The cumulative number of all bookings ever made across all services and staff.
  • Active Customers: The number of customers currently marked as active in your system.
  • Staff: The total number of staff members configured in your business.
  • Revenue: The total revenue earned from all completed and paid bookings.

Appointment Statistics Chart

A line chart showing the number of appointments over time. Use the Week, Month, or Yearly toggle buttons to switch the time range. Hover over data points to see exact appointment counts for specific dates. Peaks indicate your busiest booking periods at a glance.

Total Revenue Chart

A bar chart showing revenue generated over the selected period. Displays total earnings with a percentage change indicator compared to the previous period (e.g., 100% from last period). Toggle between Week, Month, and Yearly views to analyze revenue trends.

Recent Activity

A live feed of the latest booking events on your site, showing the action taken and how long ago it occurred (e.g., ‘New appointment — Spa, 2 minutes ago’). Useful for monitoring incoming bookings in real time without navigating to the Appointments page.

Upcoming Appointments

A table listing the next scheduled bookings, with columns for ID, Customer, Service Provider, Service, Date, Amount, and Status. This helps admins prepare for upcoming sessions and quickly spot any pending or unconfirmed appointments.

Today’s Stats Panel

A collapsible side panel on the right edge of the dashboard showing a real-time snapshot of today’s performance, updated automatically throughout the day.

  • Appointments: Number of appointments scheduled for today out of the total.
  • Revenue: Total revenue collected today.
  • Customers: Number of unique customers with bookings today.
  • Today’s Schedule: A chronological list of today’s appointments showing the customer name, time, and service. Gives staff and admins a quick daily agenda without leaving the dashboard.
