The Coupons page lets you create and manage discount codes for your booking form. Navigate to Radius Booking → Booking Management → Coupons. Click + Add Coupon to create a new one.
1. All Coupons List #
- Search: Filter coupons by code name.
- All Status: Filter by Active or Inactive status.
- Code: The discount code customers enter at checkout (e.g., SAVE5).
- Type: Discount type — Fixed amount or Percentage.
- Value: The discount value (e.g., 5).
- Uses: Usage count vs. usage limit (e.g., 0/1).
- Status: Active or Inactive badge.
- Validity: The active date range (e.g., 2026-03-14 to 2026-04-04).
- Auto Apply: Whether the coupon applies automatically at checkout.
- Action: Edit or permanently remove the coupon.
2. Add New Coupon #
Fill in the form to create a discount coupon. Click Save to confirm or Cancel to discard.
Coupon Details
- Coupon Code: The code customers enter (e.g., SAVE20). Click Generate for a random code.
- Description: Optional internal description for this coupon.
- Discount Type: Percentage (%) or Fixed amount.
- Discount (%): The discount value to apply.
- Max Discount Amount: Cap the maximum discount. Leave empty for no limit.
- Minimum Order Amount: Minimum booking value required to use this coupon.
- Usage Limit: Maximum number of times this coupon can be used. Leave empty for unlimited.
Schedule & Status
- Start Date / End Date: Set the validity period for the coupon.
- Status: Set to Active or Inactive.
- Auto Apply: Switch on to automatically apply this coupon at checkout without requiring the customer to enter the code.
Applicable Services
Services: Select specific service categories this coupon applies to. Leave all unchecked to apply to all services.
Click Save to create the coupon. It will appear immediately in the All Coupons list and be available on the booking form.
